Semi-automatic mesh filters available in Ø2″” and Ø3″” with large filtering surface in a minimum footprint.
The filtering element is composed of a stainless steel weave wire mesh, which retains suspended particles larger than the filtration grade. The mesh incorporates a polypropylene support structure that provides structural strength to the assembly.
The DPI KIT visually indicates the condition of the filter media. When the differential pressure value generated reaches the preset value, the red piston will emerge indicating the need for cleaning.
To clean the filter it is not necessary to disassemble it, since the cleaning mechanism is composed of scanners with suction nozzles that move and rotate along the screen thanks to the manual turn of the crank, eliminating the retained particles, which are discharged through a two-way hydraulic valve, while the filtered water supply continues.
This solution guarantees excellent filtration quality while optimizing operational costs in the installation where it is integrated, minimizing inspection and maintenance tasks, which are carried out easily and without the need for any tools.
