Self-cleaning disc filtration systems composed by batteries of 3 to 12 AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC Ø4″ filters with AZUD MG/WS discs, which perform a 3D depth filtration, installed in line on Ø6″-12″ inlet/outlet manifolds. It includes Ø3″ 3-way membrane backwash valves and the innovative AZUD DLP TECHNOLOGY, which allow the sequential low pressure cleaning of each filter using filtered water coming from the rest of the filters of the unit, while the supply of filtered water downstream continues.

The patented AZUD HELIX anti-clogging baffle ensures reliable filtration thanks to the centrifugal separation effect, with less frequent cleaning and lower water and energy consumption.

Intelligent, compact and modular plug&play solution, which increases system lifetime and ensures long-term operation with minimal operational costs and maintenance downtime.

The SW range is also available, in which the construction materials of this equipment are specifically designed to optimize filtration in installations with high salinity water.
