Electrically controlled self-cleaning mesh filtration equipment with vertical configuration, with filtering surface models from 1600 cm2 to 21300 cm2.

The filtering element is composed of a stainless steel weave wire mesh, which retains suspended particles larger than the filtration grade. The mesh incorporates a molded polypropylene, PVC or stainless steel support structure that provides structural strength to the assembly.

The housing of the equipment incorporates the inlet and outlet Ø2″-16″ in flanged connection, and a drain outlet controlled by a two-way hydraulic valve Ø1″-2″, which allows the removal of the particles retained in the screen during the self-cleaning process, which is carried out uninterruptedly while the supply of filtered water continues.

The cleaning mechanism is composed of scanners with suction nozzles that move and rotate along the screen, removing the retained particles thanks to the electric drive of the motor.
